As a manufacturer of foam inserts, we are in demand twice: in the development of individual case inserts and in the subsequent production. Our experienced development team attaches particular importance to optimum product safety, an attractive presentation and a high level of user-friendliness in addition to a space-saving arrangement of the contents. This is made possible by comprehensive personal consultation and the exact determination of the respective product specifics. The individualized processing of the foam<\/a> is carried out by milling, water jet cutting or laser cutting in our state-of-the-art machinery. Laser engraving is also possible as an option. Foam inserts made of polyethylene (PE) are by far the most frequently used inlays for suitcases, as is the case at W.AG. After all, the material is easy to process and can be easily molded into individual foam inserts using various processes. It is available uncrosslinked, crosslinked and extruded and is characterized in all types by its chemical durability, good sliding properties and high electrical insulation. Due to their high resistance to chemical substances, non-crosslinked PE foam inserts are increasingly used in medicine and pharmacology or as shock absorbers for heavy loads, for example in our HEAVY<\/a> heavy-duty case. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Cross-linking produces PE foams with a closed cell structure that are resistant to light and temperature, do not let in moisture and repel dirt. Due to their fine-pored and attractive surface, they are often used for the presentation of jewelry and high-quality products. They look particularly impressive in combination with our TWIST<\/a> design case. Extruded polyethylene is often processed into punched and milled molded parts or is used in the form of individual foam inserts to protect sensitive measuring instruments. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Flexible PU foams have a low dead weight and are permanently elastic and air-permeable thanks to their open cell structure. In addition to the standard colors, we can also produce special colors on request.
