For us as a plastics processing company, sustainability means taking responsibility for our actions in relation to our environment, our region and our employees.
W.AG recognized many years ago that, as a manufacturing company, sustainability is of particular concern to W.AG. Sustainability is part of our DNA. As a company that has always used enormous in-house expertise at the Geisa site, we ensure that this topic is already included in the selection of raw materials and suppliers. We have recognized that we must take responsibility for all areas and partners associated with the company.
We have been working on a sustainable suitcase solution since 2018. Our employees form the cornerstone for all past and future changes. We know that the long-term success of W.AG is primarily ensured by addressing strategic issues such as the product life cycle at a sustainable level. Our employees regularly evaluate how we can manufacture company activities and products in a more resource-efficient way without jeopardizing the familiar functionality of our case solutions. Our company location in the Rhön is thus actively contributing to the growth and further development of the region.
The management of W.AG Funktion + Design GmbH is responsible for the effective implementation of sustainability within the company. We are accountable for this to our advisory board, our employees, our suppliers and, above all, to our customers.
