An enormous W.AG strength lies with the in-house construction of injection moulding tools, which is performed in close coordination with the development department. As a result, we are familiar with the details of our injection moulding tools and can consistently expand our learning and insights and incorporate them into new series.

Thanks to the many years of employee experience in the company’s own tool making, W.AG benefits from fast maintenance and persistent optimization of the tools. In close consultation with the design and production departments, a smooth production is promoted. This serves the prevention of production disruptions and helps to reduce production costs.
