Perfect inlays for every device
Foam inlay is not the same as foam inlay and sometimes a deep drawing inlay is the better choice. In any case, the following applies: The material must be precisely matched to the weight and shape of the device. If the foam is too soft, it can be compressed by heavy equipment and does not offer sufficient grip. With equipment cases from W.AG, you can rely on the know-how of the experts. They choose the perfect inlay material for your sensitive or heavy-duty devices, discuss color ideas with you and show you different haptics and optics for deep-drawing inlays, e.g. smooth or glossy in the colors transparent, white, grey, silver, black. Modern processes such as waterjet cutting, laser cutting or milling bring the interior fittings into shape with precision. On request, foam and thermoforming inserts can even be provided with a milled logo or lettering.
Equipment case plastic: black, coloured, printed
We adapt the design entirely to your wishes. Equipment cases made of plastic in discreet black are available at W.AG as well as coloured equipment cases. Choose from 20 suitcase colours. If the right colour is not included: No problem! On request, we also produce in the colour of your company design. Different printing methods are available for the individual design of the suitcase tray: screen and pad printing for simple logos, motifs or lettering. Digital direct printing for detailed designs with small quantities. In-Mould Labeling (IML) for excellent print quality paired with UV protection, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance and temperature resistance as well as optional Digimarc, the “invisible” barcode.

If your favourite colour is not included in the standard colours: No problem! We are happy to check whether we can produce your favourite model in an individual colour variant.
