Your tasks:
- Operating and Setting Up CNC Milling Machines
- Manufacturing of individual parts based on drawings or 3D data
- On-machine programming or CAM systems
- Inspection of manufactured workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality
- Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machines
- Milling, turning, grinding, and drilling services
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a toolmaker (m/f/d) for mold making or a machining technician (m/f/d)
- Working Independently and Programming Based on 3D Models and Drawings
- Excellent knowledge of Heidenhain CNC controls; ideally, experience operating DMG and Hermle 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines
- Technical understanding and the ability to work precisely and independently
- Attention to detail, initiative, and a high level of commitment
- Good spatial reasoning skills and the ability to read drawings
- Stress resilience, resilience under pressure, willingness to take risks and make decisions, loyalty
