Customers often decide to have the entire interior of a WAG-HEAVY-case for their products and also want to pack heavy case contents in the top shell. To ensure secure positioning and, if necessary, to protect the products packed in the bottom tray, an intermediate tray is usually chosen.
The WAG-HEAVY intermediate tray can be opened and closed quickly and easily using twist and click fasteners. The intermediate plate made of polypropylene (PP) is available for articles HEAVY 4001 to HEAVY 4048. The color of the intermediate plate is anthracite.
HEAVY trolley
The trolley system is available as an option for 7 different WAG-HEAVY sizes. The trolley offers support and comfort during handling, especially when transporting heavy products on the move. With a clever height adjustment mechanism, the HEAVY trolley can be used universally on case sizes HEAVY 4028 to 4048. The WAG-HEAVY case itself is simply fitted with a trolley holder to which the trolley can be clicked. The trolley scores particularly well on a wide variety of surfaces. Whether pavement, grass, gravel or industrial flooring – you can rely on the rubberized castors.
HEAVY case lock
Are the contents of your suitcase not intended for everyone? Then use the case lock system for the WAG-HEAVY. The case lock is inserted into a HEAVY half-shell, allowing the R pin to engage in the toggle lock and preventing unauthorized opening of the case. A case lock set includes the lock and two keys and is available for HEAVY sizes HEAVY 4028 to HEAVY 4048.
HEAVY lid display
A case lid that is kept open always makes it easy to work with the products packed in the case. For the HEAVY sizes 4028 to 4048, the lid stay can be integrated into the WAG-HEAVY. The result is an added-value feature that increases the functionality of the case, especially for presentations or manual work.
Pocket solution for HEAVY
Printed instructions can be stored in one of the many pocket solutions so that users do not have to search long for operating instructions for a tool or measuring device, for example. The cardboard pocket solutions are available in A5 and A4 basic formats in thicknesses of 5 mm and 15 mm and offer, among other things, a viewing window and, on request, a lid with magnetic closure.
