Cases for every purpose
Transportkoffer: Robuste Verpackungslösungen für Waren, Produkte und empfindliche Geräte. Dank widerstandsfähiger Materialien wie Polypropylen (PP) und passgenauer Innenausstattung bieten sie optimalen Schutz beim Transport.
Spezialkoffer: Entwickelt für spezifische Anforderungen, beispielsweise in der Medizintechnik, im Handwerk oder für industrielle Anwendungen. Diese Koffer können individuell angepasst werden und bieten höchste Stabilität.
Präsentationskoffer: Perfekt für den professionellen Auftritt vor Kunden oder Geschäftspartnern. Durch hochwertige Oberflächenveredelungen und individuell gestaltete Innenausstattungen werden Produkte ansprechend und sicher präsentiert.
Made from sustainable plastic
There are three alternative raw materials / materials to choose from for case production:
Polypropylen (PP): Alle Koffer der Serie PURELINE werden aus sortenreinem, langlebigem, vollständig recycelbarem PP gefertigt.
Arboblend®: Dieser Werkstoff aus bis zu 93 % nachwachsenden Rohstoffen ist die Basis für unsere mit dem EU-Gütesiegel GREEN BRAND ausgezeichnete Serie ORGANICLINE.
Rezyklate: Für die Serie CIRCLELINE verwenden wir recyceltes Polypropylen, das zu 100 % wiederverwertbar ist und genauso robust wie sortenreiner Kunststoff.
Production of individual interior fittings
The interior of our sturdy hard-shell cases is manufactured to fit the respective purpose and adapted to the specific requirements of our customers:
Schaumstoffeinlagen: Maßgefertigte Einlagen aus PE- oder PU-Schaum schützen und präsentieren Ihre Produkte optimal.
Tiefzieheinlagen: Besonders geeignet für Anwendungen, die eine abwischbare Oberfläche erfordern, beispielsweise für Medizintechnik.
Ordnungszubehör: Zwischenplatten, Taschen, Boxen uvm. für zusätzliche Organisation und Stauraum innerhalb des Koffers.
Efficient production processes
At W.AG Funktion + Design, we rely on ultra-modern, efficient injection molding production to manufacture plastic cases and boxes of the highest quality. With our state-of-the-art machinery, we produce around 3.0 million cases every year. Efficient processes, precise tool technology and automated production sequences guarantee consistently high quality.
From case production to the custom-fit inlay production, all work steps are closely coordinated to achieve maximum precision and efficiency. State-of-the-art decoration processes such as screen printing, pad printing and in-mould labeling (IML) enable individual design of the case – so you can transport safely and effectively.
