Thanks to state-of-the-art injection molding production and the use of sustainable materials, our case solutions meet the highest standards of design, stability and protection.
Cases for every purpose
Carrying Cases: Durable packaging solutions for goods, products, and sensitive equipment. Thanks to sturdy materials such as polypropylene (PP) and custom-fit interiors, they provide optimal protection during transport.
Specialty Cases: Designed to meet specific requirements, such as those in medical technology, the trades, or industrial applications. These cases can be customized and offer maximum durability.
Presentation Cases: Perfect for making a professional impression on clients or business partners. Thanks to high-quality surface finishes and custom-designed interiors, products are presented in an attractive and secure manner.
Made from sustainable plastic
There are three alternative raw materials / materials to choose from for case production:
Polypropylen (PP): All cases in the PURELINE series are made from single-material, durable, fully recyclable PP.
Arboblend®: This material, made from renewable resources, forms the basis for our ORGANICLINE series, which has been awarded the EU GREEN BRAND seal of approval (through 2025).
Rezyklate: For the CIRCLELINE series, we use recycled polypropylene, which is 100% recyclable and just as durable as virgin plastic.
Production of individual interior fittings
The interior of our sturdy hard-shell cases is manufactured to fit the respective purpose and adapted to the specific requirements of our customers:
Schaumstoffeinlagen: Maßgefertigte Einlagen aus PE- oder PU-Schaum schützen und präsentieren Ihre Produkte optimal.
Tiefzieheinlagen: Besonders geeignet für Anwendungen, die eine abwischbare Oberfläche erfordern, beispielsweise für Medizintechnik.
Ordnungszubehör: Zwischenplatten, Taschen, Boxen uvm. für zusätzliche Organisation und Stauraum innerhalb des Koffers.
Efficient production processes
At W.AG Funktion + Design, we rely on ultra-modern, efficient injection molding production to manufacture plastic cases and boxes of the highest quality. With our state-of-the-art machinery, we produce around 3.0 million cases every year. Efficient processes, precise tool technology and automated production sequences guarantee consistently high quality.
From case production to the custom-fit inlay production, all work steps are closely coordinated to achieve maximum precision and efficiency. State-of-the-art decoration processes such as screen printing, pad printing and in-mould labeling (IML) enable individual design of the case – so you can transport safely and effectively.
